This is our second time using McNamara Services. Recently they replaced our Goodman furnace and A/C with a new Trane system. McNamara's price was by far the best and the responsiveness was head and shoulders above the others we contacted. Moreover, I didn't feel we paid the "Ridgewood or Bergen County Premium". Isaiah the sales rep was excellent and the installer Anthony was very thorough and professional. Also, the original technician Brandon was a great person to deal with. As I said, not our first experience with McNamara and in both experiences they were great to deal with alongside the best prices.
I have been a customer of McNamara Heating & Air Conditioning for 20 years. In that time I have never been disappointed with product integrity or customer service. McNamara’s dedication to customer service is “second to none”, particularly in their rapid response to emergency requests. They are truly a “can do” company. I recently had a new central air conditioning system installed. The McNamara installation team was highly professional and ensured they completed the installation cleanly with respect to the interior of my home. Lastly, I highly recommend McNamara for the periodic maintenance of HVAC systems, and gas fireplaces. Maintenance pricing is reasonable and technically reliable.
I just moved to a new home and our real estate agent recommended McNamara to service our A/C unit. Roy came out and was the nicest guy (on a hot day!), took the time to help me understand our system, clean it and get it working more efficiently. He also saw we had a fireplace that McNamara had installed years ago and decided to take the time to show me how it operates. Simply excellent service. Will be calling them for future services.
Yesterday I had a new A/C system put in my home by McNamara HVAC. The initial consultation with Bob M. was very detailed as he explained exactly what I needed and why. Bob's install team was very professional, neat & clean, explained what they were doing every step and even installed my new system in a way that was easier for me to access if needed. They made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. I have used McNamara HVAC for over 20 years with various AC and Heating projects. Bob is honest and professional and takes a great deal of pride in his work which is always top-notch.
