McNamara Services is seeking a motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Pearl River, New York. We pride ourselves on providing the highest-quality HVAC services to our customers in Chester and Montgomery Counties since the 1970s.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems
- Perform regular system maintenance to ensure efficient operation
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and concerns
- Keep accurate records of HVAC system maintenance and repairs
- Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time completion of projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation
- Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
