I was so impressed. The service person arrived but my sister did not hear him knocking so he left. I was messaged by Alexis telling me what happened. I spoke with her and told her my sister is home, just didn't hear him. Alexis called the service person and he came right back! Wow! it was so nice. David was our service man. He was very thorough. He explained everything he was going to do and cleaned up when done. It was a great experience. Thank you David and Alexis.

I was new to wood stoves and was smoking out my house almost every time I tried to start a fire. I researched everything, tried everything, and nothing was warming my flue enough to create the proper draft. One phone call to McNamaras and it was solved with a solution I hadnt found anywhere else. I havent had a single ounce of smoke in my house since. One word: gel!

Ivan was very thorough with the cleaning of our gas fireplace and ensured that the no debris was left behind.

I have nothing but nice things to say about McNamara especially Linda and Jon. I was doing a renovation and converting my current fireplace to a gas fireplace. There were many snags along the way, none of which were caused by McNamara but they went out of their to help me get this done. They were professional, kind and courteous thru the whole process and I would HIGHLY recommend them. They go above and beyond!

I had a great experience with McNamara Fireplace and Stove. I hold this company in the highest regard. We were pursuing a replacement for our existing fireplace insert, we had another plumbing and heating person look at the unit and they recommended replacing it. We contracted to purchase a new one from McNamara. When Roy Longenecker came to our home to inspect and clean the fireplace and chimney in advance of the install, he serviced the existing unit at my request because I wanted to use for the holidays. After doing so and making some repairs to the unit, he recommended holding off on a replacement at this point since the old unit was working so well. It is rare in this day and age to see a person/company turn away business because its the right thing to do. I am so appreciative to the great work Roy did and for the honesty and integrity in which he and this company operates. Thank you!

The entire McNamara team was great to work with. Linda was very helpful in the office and Ivan was great at the house. Very quick, efficient, thorough and nice to work with.

I have been a customer of McNamara for over 10 years now!The office staff is always friendly and ready to assist in any way they can in setting up my appointments.The technician arrived on time, was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He did not rush through the job and showed me photos of what he had seen after the chimney cleaning. He left the area spotless when he left.
